• Platform Improvement: Analysing aggregated and anonymised usage data to understand how Pakistani players interact with sk999, identify areas for improvement, and develop new features and game categories.
• Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates to Members who have specifically opted in to receive such communications from sk999 — see Section 12 for full details.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Service Providers

sk999 shares data with carefully selected third-party service providers who process data on sk999's behalf and under sk999's instructions, including: KYC identity verification partners, payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard), game technology providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi), platform security and fraud prevention services, and cloud infrastructure providers that host the sk999 platform. Regulatory & Legal Authorities

7. Data Retention

sk999 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active sk999 membership and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction to comply with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for the duration of your sk999 membership and for two (2) years following account closure for audit, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.
• Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the communication for quality assurance, complaint resolution, and training purposes.

There is no fee charged for exercising any data right on sk999 under standard circumstances.

11. Minors & Age Policy

sk999 is strictly an adult gaming platform and the collection of personal data from individuals under the age of 21 is not permitted under any circumstances. sk999 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from any individual who is under 21 years of age.

All prospective Members are required to confirm at registration that they are aged 21 or above. sk999 enforces this through mandatory KYC identity verification using CNIC documentation — which contains the date of birth of the CNIC holder — before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts where the CNIC submitted during KYC indicates an age below 21 will be immediately suspended and all gameplay during the suspect period declared void.

12. Marketing Communications

sk999 sends promotional communications — including bonus offers, PSL-timed promotions, new game announcements, and platform updates — only to Members who have explicitly opted in to receive such communications during the registration process or subsequently through their sk999 account settings.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications from sk999 at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings, or by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a clear opt-out request. Withdrawal of marketing consent will be processed within 48 hours and will not affect your ability to continue using sk999's gaming services.

Opting out of promotional communications from sk999 does not prevent you from receiving transactional communications that are essential to your account — including deposit confirmation messages, withdrawal processing notifications, security alerts, and responses to support queries you have initiated. These service communications are not marketing and are sent on the basis of contractual necessity, not consent.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

Where changes to this Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or the way sk999 processes your data — sk999 will notify all active Members via the registered email address or through a prominent in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the revised Policy takes effect. Minor clarifications or corrections that do not affect the substance of data processing may be updated without advance notice, with the change reflected in the version number and updated date on this page.

Your continued use of sk999 after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to a material change in this Policy, you may close your sk999 account by contacting the support team, and any outstanding verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method.
