Section 01

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing sk999, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the sk999 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance is effective from the moment of your first interaction with the sk999 platform and remains in effect for the duration of your membership.

These Terms apply to all sk999 products and services, including but not limited to: cricket and sports betting, live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, color prediction, cashier transactions, bonus programmes, and customer support interactions. Separate game-specific rules may apply to individual products on sk999; where they exist, those rules are supplementary to and consistent with these Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to sk999's real-money gaming services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use sk999's gaming services. sk999 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy without exception.
• You must be the individual whose personal details are provided during registration. The use of false, borrowed, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion from sk999 or any connected gaming programme operated by or in partnership with sk999.
• You must not be employed by sk999, any game provider integrated into the sk999 platform, or any third-party service provider with material access to sk999's operational systems.
• You must not be accessing sk999 from a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law — it is solely your responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific jurisdiction.

Age Verification Process

sk999 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal from a Member's account. KYC for Pakistani Members requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and confirmation of the registered Pakistani mobile number. sk999 reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence of age, identity, or source of funds at any stage of the Member relationship.

Where sk999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Member does not meet the 21+ age requirement, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification, and all gameplay during the suspect period may be declared void at sk999's sole discretion. sk999 is committed to preventing underage gambling on the platform without exception.

4. Account Registration & Management

Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active account on sk999 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sk999 employs technical and analytical methods to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed, outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited, and sk999 reserves the right to withhold or return net deposits at its discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sk999 login credentials, including your password, one-time passcodes, and any two-factor authentication codes. sk999 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any person who accesses your account using your credentials will be treated as you for all purposes, and sk999 accepts no liability for losses arising from shared or compromised credentials. You must notify sk999's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided to sk999 during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. Any change to your personal information — including your Pakistani mobile number, email address, or payment method details — must be updated in your sk999 account settings promptly. sk999 cannot be held responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sk999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sk999 does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on sk999 is Rs 200 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher qualifying deposit amount.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your sk999 account within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 15 minutes. Delays attributable to Pakistani banking infrastructure beyond sk999's control may occasionally extend this timeframe.
• sk999 accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Member's own name only. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will result in immediate account review.
• sk999 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits for any account and to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits exceeding thresholds determined at sk999's discretion.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount on sk999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold cannot be processed.
• All withdrawals on sk999 require successful completion of KYC identity verification before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed without repeated identity checks under standard conditions.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. sk999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• sk999 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 30 minutes for bank transfer methods under normal operating conditions. sk999 does not guarantee these timeframes and accepts no liability for delays caused by Pakistani banking networks, mobile wallet systems, or regulatory holds.
• sk999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 or where the pattern of activity gives cause for review, and may delay such withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of that review.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

sk999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's dedicated terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available exclusively to verified Members aged 21 or older who have accepted these Terms in full.
• All bonus offers on sk999 are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual promotion page on sk999.
• Bonus funds are typically used before real-money funds when placing wagers on sk999, unless a specific promotion specifies a different order of play.
• sk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Members. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the sk999 platform or registered contact details.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, using bonus funds in excluded game categories, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, potential cancellation of associated winnings, and possible account closure.
• Where sk999 identifies that a bonus has been awarded in error, sk999 reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly awarded bonus and any associated winnings derived from it.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses on sk999 must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion — unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated after expiry.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sk999 platform are provided by certified third-party game developers and are subject to the individual game rules published by those providers. By participating in any game on sk999, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on sk999 — including slots, virtual table games, bingo, and color prediction — use certified random number generation algorithms that have been independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. sk999 does not manipulate game outcomes, and no Member or third party has any ability to influence the result of any RNG game on the platform.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on sk999 are operated using physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice — streamed in real time from certified studio environments. The outcomes of live dealer games are determined entirely by physical processes and are not subject to algorithmic manipulation. sk999 partners exclusively with licensed live game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi.

Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on sk999 — including cricket, PSL, and UFC markets — are governed by sk999's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these general Terms and the Sports Betting Rules on a matter specific to sports wagering, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail for that specific matter.

Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure affecting a game on sk999, the affected round or wager may be declared void at sk999's sole discretion. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous displayed outcome, the correct outcome as determined by sk999's server logs shall be final. sk999 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control, including interruptions to Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk999 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on sk999, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the sk999 registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Using sk999 for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the sk999 platform for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to sk999's support team.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with sk999 games, place bets, or access account features in a manner not sanctioned by sk999.
• Colluding with other sk999 Members in live poker, live casino, or any other competitive format where such coordination distorts the fair outcome of a game.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit made to sk999 through any payment provider while retaining funds that have been wagered or withdrawn from the corresponding sk999 account.
• Accessing the sk999 platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward sk999 support staff or other Members in any communication channel on or associated with the platform.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, game, or intellectual property owned by or licensed to sk999 without prior written authorisation.

9. Responsible Gaming

sk999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire platform. Gaming on sk999 is intended as a form of entertainment for adults who are able to make informed, voluntary decisions about their participation. sk999 does not encourage gaming as a source of income, and the platform actively discourages behaviour that suggests a loss of control over gambling activity.

Player-Controlled Limits

Every sk999 Member has access to the following self-management tools within their account settings. These tools take effect immediately upon saving and can be made more restrictive at any time. Relaxing existing limits is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the change becomes active.

• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Deposit Limits — cap the total amount of PKR you can deposit into your sk999 account in a given period.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum continuous gaming session duration after which your sk999 session will automatically end.
• Betting & Loss Limits — restrict the maximum single-stake wager or total loss you can sustain within a defined period.
• Reality Check Reminders — receive on-screen notifications at configurable intervals reminding you of the time elapsed and funds spent during your current sk999 session.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the sk999 platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is deactivated and you will not receive promotional communications from sk999.

Section 10

10. Privacy & Data Protection

sk999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of this binding agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the sk999 Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and should be read alongside these Terms.

sk999 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. sk999 does not sell personal data to third parties and shares data only with service providers directly engaged in operating the sk999 platform, including payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners, all of whom are contractually bound to appropriate data protection standards.

sk999 retains personal and transactional data for a minimum period required by applicable gaming and financial regulations, and in any event no longer than is necessary for the stated purposes of processing. Section 11

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the sk999 platform — including but not limited to the sk999 brand name, logo, visual design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of sk999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

sk999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any ownership right in any sk999 intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any sk999 content without prior written consent from sk999.

Section 12

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk999's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming or financial services provided shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their sk999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings, howsoever arising. sk999 shall not be liable for any interruption to services caused by Force Majeure events, including failures of Pakistani telecommunications infrastructure, actions by government authorities, or third-party service outages beyond sk999's control.

Section 13

13. Suspension & Termination

sk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by sk999.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months).
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member or their payment provider against a valid sk999 transaction.
• Any other conduct that sk999 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity, safety, or reputation of the platform.

Upon closure of a Member's account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining will be returned to the Member via their last-used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are non-returnable upon account closure.

A Member may voluntarily close their sk999 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date. Accounts closed voluntarily with a positive PKR balance will have that balance returned subject to standard KYC verification.

Section 14

14. Disputes & Governing Law

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the sk999 platform, you must first contact sk999's customer support team via the live chat service or at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. sk999 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with sk999's support team, the matter may be escalated through sk999's formal complaints procedure. Details of the escalation pathway are available within the platform's Help section. sk999's decision on all gaming disputes — including those relating to game outcomes, voided bets, and settlement of sports markets — shall be final once the internal complaints procedure has been exhausted.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of sk999 are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming regulatory standards. In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Section 15

15. Amendments to These Terms

sk999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to existing Members via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the sk999 platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the sk999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using sk999 and may request account closure by contacting the support team. The current version of these Terms, along with the effective date and version number, is always available on this page.
